Record Figures in the Spanish Property Market in 2025

The Spanish property market has seen its strongest first half of the year since 2007. In June alone, 59,021 homes changed hands, an increase of 18% compared to the same month last year. Both resale and new-build properties experienced significant growth, with new-builds surging by 25%.

With a total of 357,533 transactions in the first six months, 2025 is on track to become the best sales year since the property peak of 2007. Demand is fuelled by a combination of domestic buyers, international investors, and Spain’s enduring appeal as a lifestyle and investment destination.
